Returning Home to Yourself
Helping you make sense of yourself so confidence, clarity and self-trust become a natural way of being.
Replay conversations long after they’re over?
Question your decisions, even when they turn out well?
Put everyone else’s needs before your own?
Know what to do, but still struggle to do it.
Have you ever wondered why, you …
If you’ve ever found yourself asking…
“Why do I keep doing this?”
These patterns aren’t fixed parts of who you are. More often, they’re protective responses that developed for a reason. At one point, they helped you cope. But when they quietly continue running in the background, they can leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from who you are.
Together, we’ll gently make sense of those patterns with curiosity and compassion, so you can begin responding from who you are today, rather than who you had to become to survive.
Returning home to yourself is an unravelling
Of what’s no longer working.
Of what’s no longer bringing you peace.
Of what’s keeping you small and stopping you from speaking up.
Sometimes, we become so used to showing up in certain ways that we stop questioning whether they still fit who we are.
Together, we’ll get clear on what you really want, and begin identifying the patterns that may be getting in the way.
INTRODUCING
Returning Home to Yourself
A 10-week one-to-one coaching program designed to help you understand the patterns that have been shaping how you think, feel and respond, and begin changing the ones that are no longer working for you.
Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been keeping you stuck, build greater self-trust, and create ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are today.
This personal coaching program is for you if:
You find yourself overthinking, second-guessing or questioning your decisions.
You’re often putting other people’s needs before your own, even when it comes at a cost to you.
You know what you want to do, but old patterns keep getting in the way.
You’re hard on yourself and would like to develop a more supportive relationship with yourself.
You find yourself looking for reassurance or approval, rather than trusting what you think and feel.
You want to understand why you respond the way you do, rather than simply trying harder to change it.
You’re ready to build greater self-trust, confidence and emotional wellbeing in a way that feels sustainable.
Here’s where we’re going…
-
Discover what has shaped the person you are today.
The way you see yourself didn’t develop by accident. Begin uncovering the experiences, messages and patterns that have influenced how you see yourself, what you expect from yourself and the way you move through the world.
-
Question the beliefs that have been quietly setting the limits of what feels possible.
Some beliefs become so familiar that we stop recognising them as beliefs at all. Identify the ones that may be feeding self-doubt, holding you back or keeping old patterns in place and begin creating space for something different.
-
Stop fighting your emotions and start understanding what they’re trying to tell you.
Learn to make sense of emotions that can feel uncomfortable, overwhelming or difficult to shift. Instead of judging them or trying to push them away, understand why they’re showing up and discover more helpful ways to respond to them.
-
Stop automatically believing every thought your mind gives you.
Recognise the thinking patterns that can pull you into overthinking, worry and self-doubt. Learn how to step back, question the story your mind is telling you and see situations with greater clarity, balance and perspective.
-
Change the way you speak to yourself when things don’t go to plan.
Notice the inner voice that criticises, questions or tells you that you should be doing better. Learn to respond to yourself in a way that is fairer and more supportive, without lowering your standards or pretending everything is okay.
-
See yourself as a whole person, not through the lens of everything you think you need to fix.
Some of the ways we see ourselves were formed so long ago that we rarely stop to question whether they’re actually true. We’ll identify and challenge some of the old perceptions that may still be shaping how you feel about yourself and begin building a more accurate, accepting and confident sense of who you are.
-
Start recognising what’s already good, capable and valuable about you.
Reconnect with the strengths, qualities and accomplishments you may have learned to dismiss or overlook, and develop a more balanced appreciation of who you are and what you bring to your life.
-
Flip the switch to start focusing on what’s going right, not what’s going wrong.
Our minds are remarkably good at spotting problems and potential threats. Learn how to widen your attention so you can still deal with what’s difficult while also noticing what’s working, what’s good and what might be possible.
-
Know what matters to you, so you’re not always living according to what matters to everyone else.
Get clearer about what you want your life and choices to stand for. Your values can become a powerful guide when you’re making decisions, setting boundaries or trying to work out what feels right for you.
-
Decide what you want to take with you and what you’re ready to leave behind.
Bring together everything you’ve discovered over the 10 weeks and reflect on how differently you now understand yourself. Recognise what has changed, what you’re ready to let go of and what you want to carry forward. Then create simple practices and routines that support the way you want to think, feel and live as you move into this next chapter.
Kind Words
Before I started the Returning Home to Yourself program, I really struggled with people-pleasing and setting boundaries. I was constantly worrying about what others thought, second-guessing myself, and feeling drained from trying to keep everyone else happy. I didn’t even realise how much it was costing me until I started doing the work.
Now everything feels so different. The things that used to tie me up in mental loops, worrying, overthinking and doubting myself, just don’t have the same hold anymore. I’m able to catch myself when I start going down the old road and choose differently. I’m standing my ground in ways I never could before. I feel confident speaking for myself, trusting what I feel, and making decisions that actually honour me. I’m not exhausted all the time because I’m not constantly overextending myself. There’s a real sense of strength and calm inside me now, like I’m connecting to myself in a way I never was before.
The biggest change is that I check in with myself now. I ask, how do I feel about this? what do I actually want? And then I listen. Life feels so much lighter and freer, and honestly, this is the best thing I could have done for myself.
